Susana Robinson is an experienced resources specialist and instructional coach with over a decade of work in infant, toddler and pre-K settings. Her academic background weaves together physical education, theater pedagogy, and Spanish language studies, shaping her dynamic and holistic approach to early childhood education. In her role, Susana provides individualized coaching, leads engaging professional development, and supports teachers in bringing meaningful reflective practices into their classrooms. She is passionate about nurturing a culture of thinking and sees educators as lifelong researchers and learners. Outside of school, Susana finds joy in journaling, moving her body through walks and other exercises, and gathering small, ordinary moments with her loved ones.
