Monica Cohen Lenoff is a museum educator, special education teacher, and practicing artist with over 16 years of experience across diverse settings. She is a Museum Educator at The Phillips Collection, leading professional development grounded in Project Zero and Visible Thinking routines, and a special education teacher who uses the arts to support students in their academic journey. As founder of The Arts Avenue Club, she creates learner-centered art experiences and is passionate about helping educators use the arts to cultivate curiosity, deepen understanding, and build thoughtful, connected learning communities.
