Mirella Saldana Torres is a Work-Based Learning Resource Teacher with a Master’s in Education in School Counseling from George Mason University. Drawing on her background in college-access work, counseling, and educational leadership, Mirella is committed to fostering student agency and growth through meaningful learning experiences. She is passionate about creating opportunities for students to connect their interests with real-world pathways and is excited to collaborate with fellow educators who value inquiry, equity, and reflective practice.
