About me
Kristin Gilliland has worked for many years at the Washington International School, first as a Middle School Math teacher and now as the Middle School Assistant Principal. She earned her BS in Middle School education from Elon University and her MA in Education with a Math Specialist Endorsement from the University of Virginia. Kristin has spent years dedicated to creating a culture of thinking in her classroom using Project Zero ideas and is now passionate about finding ways to bring these same ideas into her role as an administrator. At WISSIT '26, Kristin will co-lead an interactive course.
