About me
Elizabeth has spent the past twenty years working in various roles in public and private schools as a high school English teacher, Department Chair, and Instructional Coach. She is currently the Head of Learning at The Village School, a learner-centered and project based learning school in Arlington, Virginia. Elizabeth completed her undergraduate degree in Anthropology & American Studies at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island, and then graduated from George Washington University twice: first with a Masters in Secondary Education and second with a Doctorate in Educational Policy and Leadership. Elizabeth has been a part of WISSIT since it’s inception and looks forward to the first week in August all year!
