About me
Aaron Branda is the middle school dean of students at Berman Hebrew Academy in Rockville, where he has taught math and history for the past 19 years. He earned a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Education from George Washington University. He has co-led PLC's focusing on Project Zero ideas and routines at Berman with Liz Diament from the National Gallery of Art and has served as a learning group leader at the National Gallery's Summer Institute for Teachers. Aaron attended his first WISSIT in 2016 and has been back ever since, serving as a fellow and then a learning group co-leader. He is excited to co-lead a learning group again at WISIT '26.
